CANCELLATIONS

At HIDECK, we have a clear policy for booking modifications and cancellations. Please review the terms below:

1. Date Modifications

• Date changes are allowed with at least 10 days' notice before check-in (excluding the check-in day).

• No date changes are allowed within 10 days of check-in.

2. Property Changes

• Property changes can be made up to 7 days before check-in, with a Rs. 1000 + GST fee.

• Property changes are not permitted within 7 days of check-in.

3. Cancellation Policy

• No cancellations are allowed once a booking is confirmed. We recommend reviewing your booking details carefully before finalizing.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved date or property changes resulting in refunds or additional payments will be processed within 7 working days.
